How to Set up a Registry
Before you set up your Registry, you should view and download our Bridal Registry Contract.
Requirements for Setting up a Registry with us!
- We register Bridal Registries two (2) months before the wedding date. Therefore, a wedding date is required.
- Basic information from both the Bride & Groom, including Signatures, ID Card number or Driver License number.
- We recommend an additional person be added to the contract. Basic information will be required, including a signature.
- Download & Print the Bridal Registry Contract, this form can be edited from your device, fill out the necessary information, print and sign the document (Bride, Groom & third-party Signatures are required) contract, scan and email it to bridalregistry@belairstore.com.
Once you submit your contract:
- It will undergo an approval process by our team.
- You will be contacted via Email or Telephone number as soon as possible.
- Contracts sent after hours will be processed the next day, while Contracts sent during working hours will be processed throughout the day.
- Once the Contract is approved, only then you are allowed to create your own Wishlist for us to create your registry.
How to Set up a Registry
Create an Account on Bel Air Store’s official website. This can be done by using the following link, https://belairstore.com/my-account/ and simply entering your email address in the Register section as seen in Figure 1.
Once this is done, you will receive an email for your password. This should take around 15 minutes for you to receive, look in your spam folder if you don’t see the email. You can use the same link as above to login with your email and password.

Step 1.0:
Go to https://belairstore.com/ and ensure you are logged in with your account.
From the official Bel Air Store website, you can use the navigation bar to view a variety of products in a respective category.
Step 2.0: Add to the Wishlist
Once you are on the Products Page / Shop Page https://belairstore.com/shop/ , simply hover over the item as shown above in Figure 3. Click on the ‘Add to Wishlist’ icon as seen in Figure 4 to add the item to your Wishlist.
Step 3.0:
At the top of the webpage, you can view your Wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ icon.
Note: The number indicates how many items are in your Wishlist.

Step 4.0: Share your Wishlist
On your Wishlist page, simply scroll down to the bottom of the list. At this point you will see a section that will allow you to share your Wishlist across a few platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
You can copy the URL and send this to our Bridal Registry Team.

Step 2.0: Select the Item
Once you navigate the website and you find a product you would like to add to your Wishlist, but you want to know more details about the product before you do so. Simply click on the product and you should see the following screen, Figure 8.
Once you are satisfied with the product you can click on the “Add to Wishlist” icon.
Step 3.0:
At the top of the webpage, you can view your Wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ icon.
